Join us in honoring the brave men and women who served our city, state and country by purchasing a commemorative brick.  Remember a loved one, express gratitude to a veteran colleague or classmate, convey appreciation to parents or sibling.  Set their name in stone for years to come.  Whatever your reason, leave a permanent testament to their service.

Bricks will be placed at the Carrollton Veterans Memorial Plaza, located behind the Carrollton Public Library at Josey Ranch Lake at 1700 Keller Springs Road.

All bricks must include branch of service the individual served in.

All bricks will be 4*8 with a cost of $30.00. Service branch logos will be an additional $5.00.

NOTE: If ordering a logo, you will only have 3 lines of text instead of 4.

How to order:

1. Download and fill out the form.
2. Mail or bring your order to American Legion Post 597.

3. Submit your payment (cash or check) along with the order form.
